About Sudoku·AD
Sudoku·AD (sudoku.ad) is a free website for playing classic and variant sudoku. It runs in the browser on a phone or a computer, and it can be installed as an app. There is no sign-up to play, no ads and no tracking cookies: see the privacy policy.
What you can do here
- Play from the library: hand-picked classic and variant puzzles.
- Play any variant: classic sudoku and 41 variant rule types, with unlimited generated puzzles at four difficulties.
- Play Calcudoku, from 4×4 to 9×9.
- Solve the daily puzzle, the same board for everyone.
- Learn solving techniques and variant rules with interactive lessons, or read the solving guides.
- Make your own sudoku, check it has one solution and share it with a link.
- Play a puzzle from another site: paste its link and it joins your private library, credited to its setter and linked back to the original.
- Follow playlists of hand-picked puzzles, or take the Adventure through twelve worlds.
How setters are credited
Puzzles by other setters appear here because the setter sent them in. Each one carries the setter's name and a link to where it was first published, and every setter with puzzles shown has a page listing them. The site does not claim them: they stay the work of their setters.
Setters can ask for a puzzle to be removed or its credit corrected at any time, on the for setters page or at support@sudoku.ad. See also the credits.
